In addition to controlling the firm’s investment in public developments, office buildings, and hotels, Jose Auriemo also oversees the brand’s ever-growing retail and shopping portfolio. This portfolio consists of Metro Tucuruv, Sao Paulo’s CidadeJardim Shopping center, Ponta Negra shopping complex, and Salvador’s Bela Vista. Jose Auriemo is currently overseeing the construction of two shopping complex in the Sao Paulo district.

Back in 2009, Auriemo agreed to partner with Jimmy Choo, Pucci, and Hermes to start retail outlets in the Jadrim Shopping Center, which is owned and managed by JHSF. The group opened Brazil’s first Valentino and R.E.D. outlets in 2012 after partnering with Valentino. Jose Auriemo landed a job with JHSF in 1993. He unveiled the group’s service unit in 1997 after establishing Parkbem, a top parking lot management firm. Within a year, the services department had become successful. Therefore, Jose Auriemo was tasked with the duty of developing and overseeing the growth of JHSF’s first shopping outlet, the Shopping Santa Cruz.
